本服務「店單／MenuLink」之營運者為「店單／MenuLink」。聯絡電郵：[email protected]。
我哋收集咩
店主帳戶： 電郵／登入識別（Firebase Auth 或同等）、店名、餐單內容（品項、價錢、加減項）、你自訂嘅公開短連結設定、方案狀態（Free／Pro／買斷）。
付費相關（若你購買 Pro／買斷）： 帳單電郵、付款狀態、訂閱／買斷紀錄、付款處理商（例如 Stripe）客戶／交易識別碼。完整卡號由付款處理商收集同處理；我哋唔儲存完整卡號。
客人： 預設唔開帳戶。客人喺公開餐單頁揀貨後，經 wa.me 跳去 WhatsApp；訊息內容由客人裝置產生同送出。我哋唔經 WhatsApp Business API 讀取對話，亦唔儲存客人訂單內容。
技術資料： 基本日誌（IP、瀏覽器、頁面、時間）、Cloudflare／Turnstile 防濫用訊號、若開 AdSense 則受 Google 廣告 Cookie／識別子規範。
唔收集： 兒童專用帳戶、健康／身份證等敏感類（請勿上傳）。
用途
提供餐單頁同短連結、防濫用、改善服務、顯示廣告（免費版公開餐單頁頁尾）、處理訂閱／買斷收費同退款、回覆支援、會計同防欺詐。唔會賣個人資料名單。
保留同刪除
帳戶／餐單資料：帳戶有效期間保留；店主可刪餐單或要求刪戶。付費／發票紀錄：按法律同會計需要保留合理期間。日誌：合理期間後刪或匿名化。刪戶／查閱／改正要求：電郵 [email protected] 提出，核實後合理時間內處理（法定豁免除外）。
移交同處理者
資料可能經 Cloudflare、Firebase／Google Auth、Gmail（支援回覆）、Stripe（或同等付款處理商）、（若開）Google AdSense 處理，僅為營運本服務。跨境：供應商或有海外伺服器；使用本服務即明白可能跨境處理，我哋揀合理保障嘅供應商。
廣告
免費公開餐單頁可能顯示 Google AdSense（頁尾）。廣告商有獨立私隱政策。店主後台同 wa.me 跳轉前唔掛廣告（產品設定）。Pro／買斷若產品說明包括去廣告／去浮水印，以結帳當時說明為準。

兒童

我们是谁
本服务「店单／MenuLink」之运营者为「店单／MenuLink」。联系电邮：[email protected]。
我们收集什么
店主账户： 电邮／登录识别（Firebase Auth 或同等）、店名、菜单内容（品项、价钱、加减项）、你自定义之公开短链接设定、方案状态（Free／Pro／买断）。
付费相关（若你购买 Pro／买断）： 账单电邮、付款状态、订阅／买断纪录、付款处理商（例如 Stripe）客户／交易识别码。完整卡号由付款处理商收集和处理；我们不存储完整卡号。
顾客： 默认不开账户。顾客在公开菜单页选货后，经 wa.me 跳到 WhatsApp；消息内容由顾客装置产生并送出。我们不经 WhatsApp Business API 读取对话，也不存储顾客订单内容。
技术资料： 基本日志（IP、浏览器、页面、时间）、Cloudflare／Turnstile 防滥用信号、若开 AdSense 则受 Google 广告 Cookie／识别子规范。

用途

账户／菜单资料：账户有效期间保留；店主可删菜单或要求删户。付费／发票纪录：按法律与会计需要保留合理期间。日志：合理期间后删或匿名化。删户／查阅／改正要求：电邮 [email protected] 提出，核实后合理时间内处理（法定豁免除外）。
移交与处理者

MenuLink (店單) — Privacy Policy v0.3 (Legal)

Who we are
The operator of "店單 / MenuLink" is "店單 / MenuLink". Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Shop accounts: email / login identity (Firebase Auth or equivalent), shop name, menu content (items, prices, modifiers), public short-link settings, plan status (Free / Pro / buyout).
If you buy Pro/buyout: billing email, payment status, subscription/buyout records, payment-processor (e.g. Stripe) customer/transaction IDs. Full card numbers are collected and processed by the payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Customers: no customer accounts by default. After choosing items on the public menu, customers go via wa.me to WhatsApp; message content is created and sent on the customer's device. We do not read chats via the WhatsApp Business API and do not store customer order content.
Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser, page, time), Cloudflare/Turnstile anti-abuse signals, and if AdSense is on, Google ad cookies/identifiers under Google's rules.
We do not collect: child-specific accounts, health / ID card or similar sensitive data (please do not upload).
Purposes
Provide menu pages and short links, prevent abuse, improve the service, show ads (free-tier public menu footer), process subscription/buyout charges and refunds, support, accounting, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data lists.
Retention and deletion
Account/menu data: kept while the account is active; shops may delete menus or request account deletion. Payment/invoice records: kept for a reasonable period as required by law/accounting. Logs: deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period. Access/correction/deletion requests: email [email protected]; we will process within a reasonable time after verification (legal exceptions apply).
Processors and transfers
Data may be processed via Cloudflare, Firebase/Google Auth, Gmail (support replies), Stripe (or equivalent payment processor), and (if enabled) Google AdSense, solely to run this service. Cross-border: processors may use overseas servers; by using the service you understand data may be processed across borders; we choose processors with reasonable safeguards.
Advertising
Free public menu pages may show Google AdSense (footer). Advertisers have their own privacy policies. No ads on the shop owner dashboard or before the wa.me jump (product setting). If Pro/buyout includes removing ads/watermark, the checkout description that day controls.
Your rights (PDPO)
Access, correction, and complaint to the Privacy Commissioner's Office. Contact [email protected].
Children
The service is for shop owners and general customers; it is not designed for under-18s. Parents/guardians should supervise minors using public links. Paid accounts must be opened by adults with legal capacity.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on the site; continued use means acceptance. Relative to v0.2: added paid/Stripe processing description.
